一、適用範圍

JG-DCbot（以下稱「本工具」）是供內部團隊使用的影片製作流程工具， 不對外開放註冊或提供服務。本政策說明本工具如何處理透過 Google 帳戶授權所取得的資料。

二、本工具存取的資料

使用者授權後，本工具會存取下列資料，且僅限於此：

• 團隊工作流程所指定的 Google 雲端硬碟資料夾中的影片檔案
• 上述檔案的名稱、所在資料夾位置等基本檔案資訊

本工具不會存取授權資料夾以外的檔案，也不會讀取聯絡人、郵件、 相片或其他 Google 服務中的資料。

三、資料用途

取得的資料僅用於執行使用者主動觸發的作業：

• 將待剪輯的影片檔搬移至負責人員的工作資料夾
• 將完成的影片檔歸集至指定的成品資料夾
• 核對檔案是否確實搬移成功

四、資料儲存與保留

本工具在使用者自有的電腦上執行。授權憑證僅儲存於該台電腦本機， 不上傳至任何伺服器。本工具不建立使用者資料庫，也不保留影片內容的副本。 作業紀錄僅為檔案名稱與時間的流水紀錄，同樣只存放在本機。

五、資料分享

本工具不會將任何透過 Google 授權取得的資料出售、出租或提供給第三方， 亦不用於廣告或分析用途。

六、撤銷授權

使用者可隨時至 Google 帳戶的 第三方應用程式存取權 頁面移除本工具的授權。撤銷後，本工具將立即失去所有存取能力。 本機儲存的授權憑證亦可直接刪除。

七、聯絡方式

本工具為內部使用，不對外開放註冊。如對本政策有任何疑問， 請透過授權時 Google 同意畫面上所顯示的支援電子郵件與我們聯絡。

JG-DCbot is an internal-use tool for a small content production team. With the user's Google authorization it accesses only the team's own designated Google Drive working folders, in order to move and organize video files as part of the team's production workflow. It does not access any data outside those folders, stores its credentials only on the user's own computer, keeps no copies of file contents, and never sells, rents, or shares data with third parties. Authorization can be revoked at any time via Google Account permissions. For enquiries, please use the support email shown on the Google consent screen during authorization.
